A mentally ill man accused of a variety of petty crimes in Fredericton this spring is seeking to challenge a forensic psychiatrist’s finding that he wasn’t so unwell at the time that he’d be exempt from criminal responsibility.

Logan Bradley Fletcher, 23, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court in person and in custody Tuesday for the court to review the results of his latest psychiatric assessment.
