Couple denies camp burglary allegations

A duo accused of breaking into a Tracyville camp and looting the place last summer denied those allegations Tuesday, and their trial was scheduled for 14 months from now.

Andrew Michael Donovan, 36, of Rooth Road in Tracy, and Jahradd Akiko Epiphany Williams, 35, of Moore Road in Rusagonis, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday for election and pleas on indictable charges.

The pair is charged jointly with July 30 counts of breaking into a camp on Route 101 in Tracyville that’s home to Jasen Golding, Tyler Golding and Anthony Cole with the intent to commit an indictable offence; stealing the residents’ property; possessing a stolen 2025 Kubota side-by-side; and possessing other stolen items.
