Counsel-for-cross named in revenge-porn case
Jake Charlton, 28, of Hoyt, doesn’t have his own lawyer for trial scheduled for next summer
While a Hoyt man charged with allegedly distributing intimate images of two people doesn’t have a defence lawyer for his upcoming trial, the court has arranged for one to participate to cross-examine the complainants.
Jake Charlton, 28, of Route 101, appeared again in Fredericton provincial court Wednesday. He previously pleaded not guilty to two three charges: sharing intimate images of a woman and a man at Charters Settlement on Feb. 1, and breaching his probation by having contact with the female complainant while prohibited from doing so.
