Two of three people arrested and detained last week on allegations of possession of stolen copper wiring were released from custody earlier this week.

Kyle Oram, 37, of Route 101 in Clarendon; and Christina Leigh London, 30, of Riverside Drive in Fredericton Junction, were remanded last week pending bail hearings set for Monday on charges alleging they possessed stolen copper wiring worth more than $5,000 in Clarendon on Jan. 14.

However, when they appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday for those bail hearings, prosecutor Monika Berenyi said the Crown was no longer objecting to their release, provided they enter into judicial release orders imposing conditions on them.
