A Fredericton woman who was charged with drug-trafficking and stolen-property crimes after her partner was busted and detained last fall denied the allegations in court Tuesday.
Taylor Elizabeth Moore, 30, of Emmerson Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to numerous indictable charges.
She elected to be tried in provincial court and pleaded not guilty to Nov. 30 counts of possessing methamphetamine, cocaine, hydromorphone and fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking, possessing a stolen snowblower and tractor; possessing a nine-millimetre handgun without a licence; and possessing that loaded, prohibited handgun with readily accessible ammunition and capable of being discharged.
