City man pleads not guilty to break-ins
Maurice Charles Chester Paul, 45, also denies allegation he exposed his genitals in August
A Fredericton man who was denied bail this fall on two alleged break-ins and a count of committing an indecent act denied those charges Tuesday, and his trial will be held in February.
Maurice Charles Chester Paul, 45, of Paul Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court remotely from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Tuesday, scheduled to elect mode of trial and enter pleas.
