A Fredericton man accused of secretly filming someone during sex two years ago and of assaulting that person last year denied the allegations Tuesday.
Onoaolase Nathaniel Iyoha, 43, of no fixed address, was accompanied by defence counsel Angèle Normand in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday, scheduled for pleas.
