A Fredericton man subject to a sex-offender registration order denied indictable charges Friday that he violated the requirements of that order three times in the last few years.
Anthony Stephen Beaumont, 42, of no fixed address, was charged last year with new indictable criminal charges connected to an April 16, 2007, court order under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act (SOIRA).
