City man denies meth-trafficking allegation

A Fredericton man accused of crystal-meth trafficking, assault, threats and more denied all charges against him Tuesday, and he’ll stand trial next year on the various allegations.

Christopher Frank Betts, 54, of Smythe Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Tuesday, scheduled to elect mode of trial and enter pleas on several files.
