Charges against Connor Harrigan, 38, of Fredericton, allege crimes against underage girl
Counsel for a Fredericton man accused of sexually assaulting and choking a teenage girl a year ago told a court last week she needed time to review the Crown’s case against her client.
Connor Harrigan, 38, of Shannon Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Friday along with defence lawyer Spencer MacInnis.
Harrigan is charged with sexually assaulting a minor, touching that girl for a sexual purpose and assaulting her by choking, suffocating and/or strangling her, all in Fredericton on Nov. 28, 2024.
