Timothy Alan Chase, 47, charged with using violence to steal from man on south side
A Fredericton man is due back in court next month to answer to indictable charges alleging he broke into a southside home last fall and violently robbed another man therein.
Timothy Alan Chase, 47, of Gregg Court, made his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday on Sept. 2 charges of using violence to steal from Donald Everett, thereby committing robbery, and breaking into and entering a Gregg Court home to commit assault.
