City lawyer's discipline hearing back on
Stephen James Hill’s appearance before law society committee rescheduled for March
A Fredericton lawyer who’s been suspended from practising law for almost a year is now set to appear before the profession’s provincial licensing body’s discipline committee in March.
The Law Society of New Brunswick suspended Stephen James Hill of Fredericton from practising law in February.
He’s facing more than a dozen complaints alleging misconduct, misrepresentations to clients and misappropriation of client funds in recent years.
His hearing before the law society’s discipline committee was previously scheduled to begin Nov. 25 and was set to run for several days.
