Fredericton police issued alert Tuesday afternoon about teen who was last seen Monday
A teenage boy from Fredericton who hadn’t been seen since Monday evening was announced as being found less than an hour after the city police force issued an alert about him Tuesday afternoon.
The Fredericton Police Force issued an advisory through social media Tuesday at about 1:15 p.m. about a 15-year-old Fredericton boy.
It said he’d been been reported as missing after last being seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. Monday on Fredericton’s north side.
However, about 40 minutes after the initial alert, the police force said the matter was resolved.
It said the youth “has been located safe,” and it thanked for the public for its assistance.
