Campground break-in charge withdrawn
Joshua Christopher Cheeseman, 29, of Waldeck, N.S., completed diversion program
The Crown withdrew criminal charges against a Nova Scotia man Tuesday stemming from an alleged break-in at a Waterborough campground more than two years ago.

Joshua Christopher Cheeseman, 29, of Waldeck, N.S., about 215 kilometres west of Halifax, had faced Aug. 14, 2023, counts of break, enter and theft at the Lakeside Campground office and canteen in Waterborough, N.B., about 70 kilometres east of Fredericton, near Mill Cove, and breach of a release order requiring him to remain in Nova Scotia at that time.
