A Burton man is set to return to court next month to enter a plea on a count of fraud, alleging he bilked a big-box store in uptown Fredericton of a sum of money this spring.
Willis Oran Storey, 67, of Burton Street, made his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Friday to face a summary count of fraud.
