Burton man admits to break-in, vehicle thefts
Ty Phillips, 26, to be sentenced at end of December for string of crimes in August, Sept.
A Burton man accused of a variety of crimes - including a home burglary and thefts of vehicles - admitted to all counts Wednesday, and he was remanded again pending sentencing.

Ty Phillips, 26, of Lana Street, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by telephone from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Wednesday, scheduled to answer to numerous criminal charges.
The first cluster of charges alleged break, enter and theft at a Fieldstone Court home in Fredericton, theft of a Rocky Mountain Slayer bicycle belonging to William Sheppard, breach of probation, mischief causing damage to a Polaris Sportsman 850 ATV belonging to Brandon Golding and theft of that ATV, all on Aug. 7.
