A Nackawic-area man accused of two break-ins in the span of four days last week opted to forgo a bail hearing Tuesday.

Austin Barrett-Soucy, 26, of Campbell Settlement Road in Hartfield, near Nackawic and about 70 kilometres west of Fredericton, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by video from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Tuesday, scheduled to go through a bail hearing.
