A rather notorious panhandler from Fredericton facing new charges - including sexual offences against a minor - saw his hopes for conditional release from custody dashed Thursday.
Robert (“Robbie”) Keith MacDonald, 49, of no fixed address, appeared in Fredericton provincial court by video conference from the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre on Thursday for a bail hearing.
