Arson suspect accused of other vandalism
Tiffany Lee Johnston, 33, of Fredericton, charged with offences at northside businesses
A Fredericton woman accused of torching a northside coffee shop late last month is now facing earlier allegations that she damaged windows at other businesses in the area last year.
Tiffany Lee Johnston, 33, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Monday, scheduled to elect mode of trial and enter a plea to an arson charge.
She was arrested a little more than a week ago and charged with deliberately or recklessly causing damage by fire to Tim Hortons on Union Street on Jan. 28.
