Arson alleged at rural home
Wade James Gallagher, 36, accused of torching woman’s house in Williamsburg in August
A man accused of setting fire to a woman’s home in a rural area outside Fredericton this summer is set to return to court in the new year to answer to the allegation.
Wade James Gallagher, 36, of no fixed address, made his initial appearance in Fredericton provincial court Dec. 23 on two charges laid recently by the RCMP.
They allege that he intentionally or recklessly caused damage by fire to a home on Route 107 belonging to Krista McKay and that he breached his probation in the process.
