A Fredericton woman accused of non-compliance with a sex-offender registration order couldn’t be located to be served with a court summons, so a warrant was issued for her arrest Friday.
Katherine Elizabeth McIntyre, 36, of no fixed address, was on the docket for Fredericton provincial court Friday for two charges.
The Fredericton Police Force alleges she twice breached a court order issued under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act on Sept. 14, 2015.
