Charges against Cody William Duthie, 28, of Durham Bridge, allege violence against woman
A Durham Bridge man who showed up hours late for court Friday to answer to charges of assault and sexual assault found himself in custody, but only briefly.
Cody William Duthie, 28, of Lower Durham Road, was scheduled to appear in Fredericton provincial court Friday morning to answer to four indictable charges.
He’s accused of assaulting a woman Aug. 7; sexually assaulting the same complainant between Sept. 1 and 30; and assaulting the woman as well as choking her, both on Nov. 1.
