Two brothers got quite the treat in Fredericton court on Halloween, as the Crown withdrew all charges against them in a case arising after an alleged shooting incident.

Logan Cullins, 35, of Route 104 in Millville, and Lucas Cullins, 33, of Dunns Crossing Road in Fredericton, had been jointly charged earlier this year with Jan. 3 counts of discharging a rifle at Bryden Briand with intent to wound, maim or endanger his life; pointing a firearm at him and Chantale Harper; using a weapon in a careless manner and possessing it without a licence.

Lucas Cullins was additionally charged with uttering a threat to Harper to cause death or bodily harm to her and Briand, and uttering a threat to kill an animal belonging to Harper.
