A Kings County man was given a further adjournment in Fredericton court Tuesday to give him time to hire a lawyer to represent him on an aggravated-assault charge.
Austin Joseph Leo Roy-Lalonde, 23, of Waterford Road in Waterford, near Sussex, appeared in Fredericton provincial court Tuesday to answer to an indictable RCMP charge.
He’s accused of committing an aggravated assault on Brandon Lavender, endangering his life, in Burton on April 17.
