Robert Philip Warrington is headed to prison for his prolonged sexual abuse of his younger sister years ago - it just remains to be seen for long his stint behind bars will be.
Judge Lyne Raymond convicted Warrington, 30, of Dartmouth, N.S., last month of incest, sexual touching and voyeurism following trial.

His crimes involved his abuse of his younger sister, Jasmine Warrington, between Sept. 7, 2013, and Dec. 31, 2016. She was only nine to 13 years of age at the time, and the offender was 18 and 21.
Most cases involving allegations of sexual offences see publication bans ordered to protect the identities of complainants, but none was sought in Warrington’s case.
